Responsibilities: - Use our client data and lead resources to call on prospects and develop business - Provide research on potential and existing clients and the competitive landscape - Managing and following up on digital marketing campaigns and pipeline. - Assist in identifying potential business opportunities - Monitor news and developments relating to, or impacting, key clients/prospects - Prepare periodic reports on screening, tracking, and monitoring clients and prospects
Requirements: - Ability to work independently in a fast paced highly competitive work environment. - Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point) - A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills

2. Once interest is identified the client can apply online or over the phone.
3. After the client fills out our one page application and sends back the requested documents we underwrite the file for approval.
4. Once an offer is generated a Senior Adviser contacts the client to present the approval and close the deal.
5. After the client has accepted our offer and signed a contract they receive funding.
